Organizer from Waste Plastic Bottles
Plastic bottles are an organizer’s best friend! My favorite quick project is a Vertical Stack Organizer for all those small kitchen or bathroom items that create clutter.
You’ll need: 2-3 clean plastic bottles of the same size (1 or 2-liter work well), a box cutter, and a hot glue gun.
Let’s build up:
Cut the Bottles: Use the box cutter to carefully cut the top and bottom off each bottle. You’ll be left with several cylindrical tubes.
Create the Tower: Take one tube and glue it standing up on a flat surface (this is your base). Take the next tube and glue it directly on top of the first one. Repeat until you have a tower of 3-4 layers.
Customize the Sections: You now have open shelves! Use these tubes to organize:
Kitchen: Spice packets, utensils, tea bags.
Bathroom: Makeup brushes, hair ties, cotton balls.
Office: Pens, markers, scissors.
You can leave it clear or paint it. This organizer is modular, so you can make multiple towers and group them together. It’s the ultimate way to conquer countertop chaos for free.
