How to Achieve It:
Cut a High-Low Neck: On your front pattern piece, draw a line from a high point on one shoulder to a low point under the other arm.
Stitch and Face: Cut along this line. Finish this new, diagonal neckline with a facing (a duplicate piece cut from the same pattern).
Drape: The result is a dramatic, diagonal neckline that you can often drape slightly for a soft effect.
It’s a bold look that requires straight stitches and a good facing—that’s it!
