Flower Pot from a Disposable Plastic Glass: 5-Minute Eco Craft

Gather Your Supplies: You just need a clean disposable plastic cup (the kind you get at parties), some acrylic paint, a brush, and a sharp tool like scissors or a nail for poking holes.
Design It: This is the fun part! Paint your cup. You can go for solid colors, create simple patterns like polka dots or stripes, or even paint little faces on them. Let the paint dry completely.
Drainage is Key: This is the most important step. Carefully poke 4-5 small drainage holes in the bottom of the cup. Without these, your plant’s roots will drown.
Pot Your Plant: Fill the cup partway with potting soil, add your plant or seeds, and then add more soil to secure it.
And you’re done! You’ve just created a personalized, eco-friendly home for your plant. It’s a fantastic project to do with kids.
