Step #1: Prepare With The Base

Now, let us start by taking a yellow sheet and making a drawing with a black marker.

Step #2: Draw The Design On The Sheet

Now, draw the design of a vertical cloud with the help of a black marker.

Step #3: Cut The Drwan Design

Now, cut the drawn vertical cloud with the help of scissors.

Step #4: Use Another Sheet

Use a green sheet and draw a penguin design on the sheet with the help of a black marker.

Step #5: Repeat The Steps

Now, we again repeat the previous step and draw another penguin on another green sheet.

Step #6:- Cut The Design

Now, we will cut the design with the help of scissors.

Step #7: Use A Orange Marker

Now, we are using an orange marker or highlighter to draw some little wavy designs as shown in the above picture.

Step #8: Paste Them Together

The yellow cut-out and the green cut-out will paste together. Both the designs are pasted in a “V” shape.
