DIY Home Decoration Lamp Using Waste Plastic Bottles
Light up your room with a unique lamp made from plastic bottles! This project is a fantastic way to create a custom lighting feature while being kind to the planet. I made a cascading pendant lamp for my reading nook, and the way the light diffuses through the plastic is just gorgeous.

Here’s the basic idea:

The Shade: Cut the bottoms off numerous plastic bottles. You can leave them clear for a crisp look or paint them with diluted acrylic paint for a tinted, stained-glass effect.

The Structure: Use strong wire or a pre-existing wire lampshade frame. Drill small holes around the rim of each bottle bottom and use thin wire to attach them to the frame, overlapping them like scales or petals.

The Light: Always use a low-heat, LED bulb inside your DIY lamp to prevent any risk of melting the plastic.

When you switch it on, the light will create beautiful patterns and reflections, turning everyday waste into a functional work of art.

You can make wonderful things out of waste plastic bottles. Watch to know.

Who would have thought that by using a few empty plastic cold drink bottles you could not only recycle them, but also have a stunning floor lamp.  Anyone can make this gorgeous floor lamp.
