DIY Glass Bottle Decoration Idea – Best Out Of Waste:

Don’t just recycle those glass bottles—upcycle them! I’m a huge fan of giving everyday trash a beautiful second life. In my experience, a simple jam jar can become the most charming vase on your shelf.

My Go-To Twine-Wrapped Vase:

Clean It: Start with a thoroughly washed and dried glass bottle. Remove all labels and sticky residue.

Base Coat (Optional): For a pop of color, paint the bottle with acrylic paint. Let it dry completely. I love a matte pastel like sage green as a base.

Get Wrapping: Put a dab of hot glue on the bottom to secure the end of your jute twine or colorful yarn. Slowly wrap the twine around the bottle, adding small dabs of glue every inch or so to hold it in place. Keep going until you reach the top!

Accessorize: Glue on a small faux flower, a button, or a seashell for a final touch.

It’s a perfect, eco-friendly weekend project that adds a personal touch to your home.

The decor of the bottles is interesting, beautiful and not expensive.
