How to Make a Multipurpose Kitchen Organizer
Is your kitchen counter a mess of utensils and spices? I feel you. I built a simple wooden organizer from a single plank of wood, and it cleared up my clutter instantly. The best part? You don’t need power tools!
The Lazy Susan Organizer is a game-changer. You can make it from a cheap wooden round or even repurpose an old cake pan.
Here’s the basic idea:
The Base: This is your turntable.
The Compartments: Glue small wooden dowels or even sturdy cardboard tubes (from paper towels) vertically onto the base. Space them out to hold different items.
What it holds: The center can hold your cooking oil bottles. The outer ring of dowels can keep your spatulas, whisks, and spoons neatly separated and within easy reach. Just give it a spin!
Pro Tip: Paint it a bright, cheerful color to add a pop of decor to your kitchen. It’s functional, maximizes space, and everything has a dedicated spot.
This video is about how to make different things from empty oil containers. I have used 5 ltr oil container to make this and it really serves the purpose well. You can organize lunch box, utensils, cleaning supplies, tissues, bathroom things etc.
