Today, I would like to share How To Make Wall Hanging Using Waste Plastic Bottle For Room Decoration. This work also gives the idea of – Recycled Bottles Crafts, Home Decor DIY, Handmade Wall Hanging etc.
Got an old, plain mirror lying around? Don’t toss it! Let’s turn it into a breathtaking bohemian wall hanging. This project is less about a strict tutorial and more about unleashing your creativity.
First, source your frame. I found a gorgeous, ornate one at a thrift store for $5. The more character, the better!
Gather your embellishments: This is the fun part. Think macramé cord, artificial vines (eucalyptus is my go-to), faux flowers, feathers, beads, and even small LED fairy lights.
The Process:
Secure the Mirror: If the mirror is loose, ensure it’s fixed in place with a strong adhesive. Safety first!
Create a Hanger: Attach a strong picture wire or a loop of macramé cord to the back so it can hang securely on your wall.
Build from the Bottom: Drape your main elements from the top corners or the bottom of the frame. For a macramé look, tie several long cords to the top and create simple knots or braids.
Weave & Attach: Weave vines through the macramé or the frame itself. Use a hot glue gun to securely attach clusters of flowers, feathers, or beads. I like to create a cascading effect off to one side—it feels more dynamic.
The Final Touch: Weave a string of tiny battery-operated fairy lights through the design for a magical glow in the evenings.
This isn’t just decor; it’s a statement piece. It adds texture, light, and a touch of whimsy to any room, and it’s a perfect reflection of your personal style.
