Flower heart – decor for scrapbooking.
To create a floral heart, we will need:
– scissors (for cutting a template out of paper);
– a pencil;
– tweezers;
– hot glue;
– a pattern of thick paper (I have a size of 6.5 * 7 cm);
– beads 6 mm;
– small flowers (I have two sizes – 2 cm and 1.5 cm).
I bought the flowers, but you can also make them with your own hands from paper or foamiran.
First, draw a pencil line in the middle of the heart (this is necessary in order to evenly arrange the first row of beads).
We glue 4 beads in the center of the template (apply a small glue on the bead with a small droplet). Next, we glue on both sides in a staggered manner also 4 beads, with a shift to the top. The next row is the same as the previous one, the last row is glued to 3 beads on each side. As a result, we get a middle of beads in the form of a heart.
The next step is to glue the flowers to the base. We apply a small drop of glue on the flower.
We begin with flowers larger. We glue in such a way that the base is completely closed.
Flowers should protrude slightly from the edge of the template.
When all the large flowers are glued, we begin to fill the space with smaller flowers.
At me they of two shades. In the beginning, I glued those that are darker, and then slightly diluted with lighter.
All our decor is ready!
You can apply it anywhere – children’s albums, mother’s treasures, children’s and wedding cards, etc.
For example, I will show what I did valentines – pendants (they are postcards) in the style of the shebbie chic with the use of flower hearts.
