Love is like a wind,u can’t see it but u can feel it…
A colorful Wind Chime made with old newspaper..
STEP 1
Grab all the materials required to make the beautiful Wind Chime, the required materials are old newspaper,glue,string,colors,glitter powder etc
STEP 2
Cut long strips of newspaper about 10cm wide, fold two half’s and cut the paper with knife.place a skewer at the corner and start rolling it,u will get tubes.
STEP 3
Start rolling the tubes to make a coil, I used 32 tubes for making the big coil and 4 tubes for the small coil. Glue the coil evenly to make it harder, once it is dried just push it forward to get a bowl shape.
STEP 4
Apply glue on each coil and pour the glitter powder,so that it gives u a glossy look…
STEP 5
These are the colorful glossy coils after applying glitters…
STEP 6
Need to color the inner part of the coil..i used gold color(fevicryl acrylic color)
STEP 7
Cut few more paper strips to make it into beads as shown in the picture.
STEP 8
After coloring the beads it looks beautiful and realistic.
STEP 9
Wrap the string on a thick paper about 30 times and cut it half and make a knot, trim the edges to have even length.
STEP 10
Hang all the small coils to the bigger coil with string adding the paper beads and other beads.
Finally your beautiful “Wind Chime”is ready to hang-on…
