How to make Stocking Butterfly – Step by step (Tutorial)

Every woman has old pantyhose, which seems to be about to be thrown out, but the whole hand does not rise. Indeed, the real master will all go to the expense. We bring to your attention the manufacture of several artifacts from old pantyhose.

It is not at all difficult to make these elegant insects. To do this you will need:

• kapron tights;
• scissors;
• nylon threads;
• colors with sparkles and rhinestones;
• wire;
• glue gun;
• pliers;
• 2 cut polypropylene tube of different diameters to form the lower and upper wings.

So, we proceed to do crafts made from pantyhose with our own hands:

We form the upper wings. Bend the edge of the wire by 1 cm, and then give it a semi-circular shape, wrapping it around a piece of pipe of a larger diameter.

Then with the other end we form the desired shape of the winglet, for example, make a wavy edge.

We twist the ends of the wire together and get the winglet. The second wing is done by attaching to the first one.

Similarly, we make the lower wings. True, we use for this purpose a cut pipe of smaller diameter.

As a result, we get two pairs of wings.

Now you need to do with a mustache for a butterfly. Fold the wire in half, spread out its ends and round off the round pliers.

To make the abdomen, the wire cut is again folded in half and wrapped in a spiral with another wire.

Now you can decorate our butterfly with nylon. Each winglet is tightened with capron and fixed with nylon threads.

We reel the capron on the abdomen of the insect, and fix the tip of the glue with glue.

In the bead with a large hole inside we insert the antennae of the butterfly.

After that, we fasten all parts of the craft made of kapron tights and connect with each other with an adhesive gun.

It remains to decorate our butterfly with colors with glitter and pasted with rhinestones. Done!
