Supplies & Tools
- Craft Paper (Pink, Black)
- Red Ribbon
- Paper Towels
- Scissors
- Glue
- Colored Sketch Pens (yellow, pink, orange, white)
Skirt Greeting Card Instructions
Step #1: Taking Craft Papers
Firstly, take two colored craft papers pink & black. Cut the pink & black paper into big & small rectangles respectively & use pink paper as a craft base. Now, take the black rectangle paper & fold it vertically in half & then unfold it.
Step #2: Drawing Blouse
Now, again fold the black paper and draw a half blouse shape with the help of white color.
Step #3: Cutting Out Blouse Outline
In this step, we cut out the black blouse outline and open the blouse as shown in the image.
Step #4: Pasting Blouse
Now, paste the blouse on the top center of the craft base with the help of glue.
Step #5: Taking A Paper Towel
Now, take a paper towel to make a colorful skirt.
Step #6: Creating Colorful Dots
Now, after taking the paper towel, create multi-colored little circles with the help of pink, yellow, and orange sketch pens.
Step #7: Applying Glue
Now, apply the glue at the bottom end of the blouse as shown in the image.
Step #8: Collecting Paper Towel
After creating a colorful paper towel, start collecting a paper towel from one side step by step to make a colorful skirt.
Step #9: Making Skirt
In this step, complete making a colorful skirt & paste it at the lower end of the blouse where we applied glue in the above step.
Step #10: Pasting A Ribbon Bow
Take a red ribbon & make a bow shape & paste it on the top of the skirt.

Now, draw a V-neck design around the neck boundary of the blouse using a white color pen.
Step #12: Drawing Sleeves Design
Now, draw a sleeve design on the lower side of the blouse sleeves using a white pen.
Step #13: Decorating The Craft
After Completing all the steps, decorate the pink paper by drawing the little heart shapes using pink and orange, and yellow colors.
