Create Your Shapes: Use your quilling tool to roll paper strips tightly. Pinch them into shapes—tight circles for flower centers, teardrops for petals, and loose circles for leaves. Make all your pieces first.
Glue the Pieces: This is the most careful step. Using tweezers, dip the edge of your quilled shape into a tiny dot of glue and press it onto the mirror frame according to your design. Hold it for a few seconds to set.
Fill and Finish: Continue gluing all your pieces down, building out your design. Let it dry completely overnight. For protection, you can spray the entire quilled frame with a clear acrylic sealer to guard against dust and moisture.
The result is a stunning, custom piece of art that looks like intricate ironwork or delicate lace. It’s a beautiful way to add a personal touch to any room.
