Paper Hot Air Balloon Tutorial
Step #1: Cutting a Pink Paper Into a Circle Shape
Take a piece of pink paper & cut it with scissors into a circle shape.
Step #2: Cutting Some More Circles & Arrange Them
Take different colored papers and cut all of them with scissors into a circle shape and arrange them as shown in the figure.
Step #3: Arranging All the Paper Balloons in a Circular Pattern
Take papers of different colors like light green, dark blue, yellow, pink, orange color, and light blue, and cut all of them into circular shapes one by one. Now arrange all circle-shaped paper balloons in a circular shape.
Step #4: Cutting & Pasting a Vertically Half-Cut Paper Cup
Take a red color paper cup cut it vertically half and paste it just below the arranged circular balloons.
Step #5: Drawing a Line From a Black Marker
Draw two ropes on both sides of the paper cup to attach the arranged circular balloon & paper cup with a black marker or sketch.
Step #6: Adding a Paper Girl in the Hot Air Balloon
Make a girl shape by cutting paper with scissors & color it with sky blue color. Now add it into the hot air balloon.

Now make four more paper balloons two are from yellow color paper and the other two from orange color paper. Now paste one orange & one yellow balloon on the left side & other two on the right side of the paper cup. Using a black marker make small curve lines below each balloon.
