Step #1: Initiate With The Base
First, begin with the base for that we will need tissue paper.
Step #2: Use A Stick
Then, we will use a stick.

Now, we are packing them in the packing polythene.
Step #7: Pack All The Three Candies Properly
Pack all the candies properly by arranging them. Remember they will not overlap.
