Flowers Painting Instructions

Step #1: Making A Flower Stamp From Straw

Your first step would be to cut out a big circle from a white sheet of paper or craft paper. Now take your plastic straw and using your scissors or a cutter, cut out thin strips on one end of the straw. Cut it out such that it makes a flower stamp like structure as shown in the image. Take some red paint and dip this straw stamp into the paint.

Step #2: Stamping The Flowers On The Paper

Your next move would be to press down the straw stamp onto the paper and twist it very slightly. Your first flower is painted and ready!

Step #3: Painting The Other Flowers

Repeat the above step to make more flowers across the paper. Space the flowers out and press down on the paper well to paint properly. Use a fresh dip of paint for each flower.

You will now grab your paintbrush and get ready to paint the stems of the flowers. Dip the paint brush in green paint and from each flower, paint a stem going downwards.

Step #8: Painting The Leaves Of The Flowers

Once you are done painting the stems proceed to paint leaves on the stems. Paint small leaves on each stem and space them out well.

Step #9: Making A Pot For The Flowers

Draw a plant pot on some blue craft paper. Using your scissors cut out this plant pot. Stick it at the bottom of the flowers where all the stems meet, using some glue.

Step #10: Decorating The Plant Pot

Your last step would be to decorate the plant pot. Using a black sketch pen, draw diamond and zig-zag designs and borders on the blue plant pot.
