Step #1: Coloring The White Circle Paper With a Yellow Sketch
First Take a yellow paper & use it as a base. Now, take a piece of white paper & cut it into a circle shape with the help of scissors. Now, paste a white circle on the yellow base. Take a yellow sketch & start coloring the white circle from the top side in the horizontal direction.
